Aline was born and raised in Germany and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Vienna. Later, she moved to Maastricht to complete her research master’s in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience. She completed her master’s thesis at UCSF in the Baraban Lab, where she worked on drug discovery in epilepsy, alongside projects with the Neuroscape Psychedelics Division. Alongside her scientific training, she is also a trained art therapist and has developed a strong interest in women’s health and psychedelic science through her work with Hystelica. She currently works at TiliaHealth, a Vienna-based startup in precision psychiatry, focusing on digital clinical outcome assessments. She is pursuing her PhD at the University of Zurich, focusing on the clinical development of psychedelic-assisted therapies and the transdiagnostic mechanisms that shape therapeutic change. In her free time, Aline enjoys painting, yoga, and spending time in nature and with friends.

PD Dr. med. Milan Scheidegger is Research Group Leader at the University of Zurich and the University Hospital of Psychiatry Zurich. His research focuses on psychedelic pharmacology, altered states of consciousness, and the development of novel treatments for affective and substance use disorders. Within INTEGRATE, he contributes expertise in translational psychedelic research and clinical drug development. His work is guided by a commitment to scientific innovation and responsible clinical translation, with the goal of developing safe and effective DMT-based treatments for addiction.
